Hello all and welcome to my very FIRST blog post!! I am super excited to be 'blogging' about my experiences in (most) all things homemade. I love to create things with my hands and try to tell about how I did it! My dream is to be able to make a living out of creating all of the things I love to make, but I don't know how this will be possible if I cannot master some of the simpler aspects of making the items I dream of making!!

I love to make all sorts of different things...bath salts, soap (cold process and melt & pour), lip balms, pillows, clothes, laundry soap, fabric softener, etc. The list could go on and on. I also LOVE to cook!! My family would say differently, but I really do...especially baking!

I wish I could stay home full time and be here when Heather and Hunter get home from school, but that is not possible. I would also love to be home with Donovan all day, too!! He would also love that, even though he starts all day Kindergarten in the 2012-2013 school year!! I thought it was a sad day when Hunter started Kindergarten and my then 'baby' was leaving me for school! Well, this will be especially bittersweet, since Donovan is my last child!!

Okay, so enough rambling. Off to the goodness and the reason I produced this blog...
